3. Running Sage Payroll accurately and efficiently
4. Supporting monthly management accounts and month-end close
5. Bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
6. Maintaining and updating Excel-based financial reports
7. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
8. Supporting day-to-day finance operations and ad hoc finance tasks
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:
9. Proven experience using Sage Payroll (essential)
10. Strong Excel skills (comfortable with formulas and data manipulation)
11. Solid all-round finance experience
12. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
13. Ability to pick up processes quickly and work independently
