Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £23,887.50 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexibility for additional overtime required)
My client, a successful and well-established print company based in Letchworth, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in administration and has a keen eye for detail within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and coordinate daily logistics activities.
* Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to maintain records and support reporting requirements.
* Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor stock levels and support inventory control.
* Provide accurate administration support across the logistics and supply chain teams.
Required Skills and Experience
* Experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Someone who enjoys administration work and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work to deadlines in a structured and organised manner.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
