Job Description This role involves managing core financial functions such as accounts payable/receivable, tax, audit, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess with strong management skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to lead and develop a team. Key requirements for the position include: - Strong experience in tax compliance/planning - Expertise in financial controls/risk - Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting/cost control - Leadership and development of a small finance function - Financial strategy - Cashflow and treasury management - External stakeholder management, banks, auditors, etc The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar sized global business and be comfortable in a matrix structured environment reporting into the Group CFO and interaction with Global CEO. Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, including team leadership. Working experiences in accounting firms or similar industry are preferred. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, auditing practices and tax regulations.
