    At Steer Automotive Group, we're committed to delivering excellence in every customer interaction, embracing innovation, and operating with integrity. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our busy automotive repair centre in King's Lynn.

    As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in person and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach

  • Schedule repair appointments and manage vehicle bookings

  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

  • Coordinate with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication

  • Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate customer records and administrative documentation

  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the repair centre

  • About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or service advisor roles

  • Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident using computer systems and learning new software

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
