 
        
        What you will do:
• Providing an exceptional service to High-Net-Worth individuals (HNWI), focusing on relationship management, and a tailored approach depending on the unique banking needs of the customer within the Sports & Entertainment department.
• Looking after an existing portfolio of clients as well as seeking opportunities to expand and grow your portfolio
• Introducing new customers with a mix of deposits and lending requirements which require unique banking arrangements
• Promoting an innovative brand of Private Banking in the High-Net-Worth community which focusses on delivering excellent customer service
• Working with and understanding HNWI and their day to day banking requirements, including anything from complex lending through to savings accounts for their children
• Presenting High Net Worth clients’ borrowing requirements to a team of underwriters and credit committees
• Building long term relationships with clients with a view to moving as much of their day-to-day banking as possible to Metro Bank

 What you will need: 
 
• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
• Previous experience working for a private banking or boutique organisation within Sports & Entertainment.
• The ability to demonstrate a strategy of acquisition
• How to work with and understand HNWI and their day-to-day banking requirements; this could include anything from complex lending through to savings accounts for their children
• Strong set of credit skills
• Knowledge of how to build long term relationships with clients with a view to moving as much of their day-to-day banking as possible to Metro Bank
• Experience working with individuals as clients on mortgages, deposits, switching accounts and band touring accounts.
