Business Development Manager (Field / Technical Sales)
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic (DOE) + bonus/commission

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join a well-established UK business within the construction and building products sector.
This role offers a mix of office-based sales and field/site visits, focused on developing B2B relationships, winning new business, and providing technical sales support to customers.
The Role

Proactively developing new B2B business opportunities

Managing and growing existing customer accounts
*
Conducting site visits, surveys, and client meetings
*
Providing technical product advice and solutions
*
Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial terms
*
Working closely with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly
*
Maintaining accurate CRM and sales records
About You
*
Proven B2B sales experience (essential)
*
Background in construction, technical sales, or building products (preferred)
*
Confident in a business development / new business-focused role
*
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*
Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven
*
Full UK driving licence (essential due to location and site travel)
