Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Lead and deliver strategic revenue targets
* Personally drive business development and key account growth
* Provide technical oversight and senior surveying input when required
* Oversee operational structures, team performance, and QA processes
* Develop CPD pathways, mentor junior professionals, and support APC progress
* Ensure audit readiness and professional accreditation compliance
