Are you an experienced Estimator within the commercial refurbs/fit out/construction sectors?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an established, regional commercial refurbs/fit outs contractor, who are currently searching for an Estimator to join them on a permanent basis out of their Derbyshire office. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term commercial success of the business, by accurately forecasting the total costs of our fit out/refurb projects.

What are we looking for?
* Proven commercial experience working for a fit out, refurbishment or construction based company
* Advanced use of Excel is essential
* Highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a high quality of work.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and analyse tender documentation, drawings and specifications to understand project scope and commercial implications.
* Prepare and issue tender enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
* Carry out accurate material, labour and preliminaries take-offs for commercial fit-out projects
* Compile complete, accurate and competitive tender submissions.
