We're looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing of retail and supply chain products and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver commercially smart, operationally effective solutions. This role also involves managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts that drive cost savings and improve overall efficiency.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of strategic sourcing initiatives across retail and supply chain categories, contributing to cost savings and improved supplier value.
* Analyse spend reports and supplier data to identify savings opportunities and ensure alignment with budget and business objectives.
* Assist in the end-to-end procurement process including supplier selection, running RFPs, negotiating terms, and drafting contracts.
* Work closely with internal teams to understand their requirements and help develop procurement solutions that meet operational and commercial needs.
* Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and contribute to managing risk and maintaining compliance standards.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Location
This role is based in Nuneaton, with occasional travel to Burton Hub or other locations. We support flexible, hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Key Requirements
* Strong negotiation skills for internal and external dealings.
* Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to drive effective commercial change.
* Analytical skills to interpret spend reports, contractual data, and supplier information, driving change based on insights.
* Project management skills to handle multiple projects ensuring timely delivery.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging stakeholders and managing vendor relationships.
* Experience managing medium to large procurement projects, including contract negotiations and supplier management.
* Experience managing greenfield relationships and driving procurement process improvements.
