The Role
You will operate at the intersection of software engineering, AI-enabled systems, and commercial strategy.
From day one, you will own delivery. That means making architectural decisions, engaging with stakeholders, and building production-grade systems that perform under real-world constraints.

Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of technical products and end-to-end delivery.
Working directly with business users to identify real problems beyond surface-level requirements.
Challenging legacy systems and assumptions to improve performance and scalability.
Contributing to architectural direction and engineering standards.
Writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code designed for scale and resilience.
Bringing awareness of emerging technologies, particularly within AI and cloud ecosystems.
What We're Looking For
Exceptional programming capability in C#/.NET, or other object-oriented languages such as Java or Python.
Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience working with Azure or AWS.
Clear problem-solving ability with strong analytical reasoning.
Confident communicator able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Commercial awareness and curiosity about how systems drive financial outcomes.
Proactive, self-directed mindset with a high standard of personal accountability.
A minimum 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from a Russell Group university or equivalent institution. This is a strict requirement.
Financial Services exposure is beneficial but not mandatory.
