An established and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a major public sector project.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, long-term programme within a structured consultancy environment that offers flexibility, autonomy, and genuine career progression.
The role:
* Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
* Cost planning, cost reporting and forecasting
* Procurement and tender evaluation
* Contract administration
* Managing change control processes
* Liaising with client and wider project stakeholders
* Ensuring robust commercial governance throughout the project lifecycle
About you:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client-side environment
* Experience delivering public sector projects (desirable)
* Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)
* Excellent commercial reporting and cost control skills
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
* MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (desirable)
