Logistics & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Kirkbymoorside
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon–Thurs: 8:30am–4:30pm, Fri: 8:30am–4:00pm)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Logistics & Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Kirkbymoorside.
In this role, you will support both the Logistics and Compliance Managers, helping to manage the global movement of goods while ensuring all import/export processes meet legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage import/export documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments
Communicate with international clients regarding logistics
Manage road freight within the UK and EU
Maintain records for certifications, export licences, and Russian sanctions compliance
Assist with internal audits and ongoing compliance tasks
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Key Skills and Experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with import/export procedures and familiarity with MRP systems
Qualifications
Degree in business or a related field or minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics and/or compliance
Willingness to undertake further training (e.g. Chartered Institute of Export qualifications)
