Family Paralegal | Bristol A strong opportunity to join a well-regarded, specialist family law firm as it opens a brand-new office in Bristol. You'll work directly alongside the incoming Head of Department, supporting a high-quality family caseload and helping to establish the firm's presence in this key regional market. What You'll Be Doing You will provide hands-on support to a senior family lawyer leading the new Bristol office, assisting with a broad mix of private family matters and contributing to the smooth running of a growing practice. Supporting financial remedy, children and divorce matters from initial instruction through to resolution Drafting applications, statements, correspondence and court bundles Managing client communication, taking initial instructions and providing timely updates Carrying out legal research and preparing notes, chronologies and case summaries Assisting with disclosure, file organisation and hearing preparation Liaising with courts, counsel, experts and third parties to progress files effectively Helping with general office organisation as the new location develops its systems and processes About You You will be a motivated and detail-focused paralegal with a genuine interest in family law and the enthusiasm to contribute to the early growth of a new office.
