We are supporting a privately owned south west motor group in the recruitment of a skilled AFTERSALES MANAGER to lead the team at their busy franchised dealer in the Falmouth area.

You’ll be leading a team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Advisors and Administration to deliver the business objectives, brand commitments alongside consistent customer service excellence.
Responsibilities will include: –
* Managing the Aftersales teams ensuring all agreed customer service targets are met and the brand experience is delivered.
* Ensuring that the Aftersales team work effectively with the Sales and Administration teams (and, where necessary, also across other dealerships) to ensure excellent customer service.
* Manages the day-to-day operations of the Service Department in terms of resource requirements to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
* Proactively plan to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity and volume of throughput.
* Achievement of the departmental budgets by innovative management and keen financial awareness.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience as a main dealer Service or Aftersales Manager, understanding all aspects of the department with update date legislative and process knowledge.
