We're supporting a rapidly growing PE-backed group in their search for a Finance Manager. This is a high-profile appointment looking after one of their key manufacturing sites in Milton Keynes. You will report to a multi-site Financial Controller and also work very closely with the Commercial FD.
Salary £65-70k + Car + Bonus with 3 days on-site and 2 from home.
The role forms part of the site leadership team and you will have a genuine opportunity to add value during the next phase of growth.
Brief role overview:
* Support the drive of Commercial & Operational initiatives
* Drive margin improvement and cost reduction projects
* Daily and weekly KPI reporting
* Overall responsibility for monthly site management accounts, reporting on variances to weeklies, budget, and prior year
* Ensure strong overhead control across all functions by educating and promoting a cost awareness culture
* Regular forecasting of site performance
* Annual budgeting of site performance
To be considered you will be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with extensive experience of operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be comfortable building relationships with multiple stakeholders and presenting financial findings to senior management.
