HR Advisor (Employee Relations) 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | On-site Tonbridge | Immediate Start We are working with a well-established organisation in Tonbridge that is seeking an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations (ER) expertise to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a standalone role, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage ER cases end to end. You must be comfortable working on-site five days per week. Key Responsibilities Manage a full range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence Provide clear, pragmatic, and legally sound employment law advice to line managers and stakeholders Advise and coach managers to build confidence in handling people matters Support a project focused on improving ER processes and HR best practice Ensure HR activity is compliant, consistent, and aligned with company policies and procedures Produce accurate documentation, reports, and detailed case notes Contribute to continuous improvement across the HR function About You Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or ER-focused role Strong ER case management experience is essential CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Experience within an industrial or engineering environment is desirable Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels Proficient in HR systems and documentation Immediately available and able to commit to a 12-month FTC Willing to work on-site in Tonbridge five days per week Apply now for immediate consideration and interview.
