MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a Temp to Perm basis in Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming repair requests via phone, email, and online portals
Accurately log and prioritise maintenance jobs using internal systems
Liaise with tenants, operatives, and subcontractors to schedule works
Follow up on outstanding repairs and ensure timely completion
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic repair issues over the phone
Escalate urgent or complex repairs appropriately
Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service-level agreements
Work closely with the repairs team to identify recurring issues or trends
Experience in customer service, ideally within housing or repairs
Great communication and problem-solving skills
