We are seeking a part-time Support Worker with a Level 3 qualification or higher relevant to the sector (e.g. Health & Social Care, Residential Care, or working with young people). Key Responsibilities As a Support Worker, you will: Support young people with daily routines, personal care, medical needs, and accessing activities Encourage independence and the development of life skills Act as a Key Worker, contributing to care plans, reviews, and meetings Complete daily recordings and documentation Support young people through behaviours that challenge Share ideas and be proactive in improving young people’s quality of life Help provide a true “home away from home”, in line with our mission statement: “We nurture, care for and safeguard our children while supporting individuality and encouraging adventure.” Complete ‘Stand By’ shifts as part of the role Hours & Rota We operate a responsive rota to meet the needs of the service. Beaulieu House is open 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
