Your new role In this position, you will be responsible for: Managing product categories to maximise sales, profitability and market share. You will develop and implement trading strategies, analyse performance data and customer trends. Work closely with suppliers to negotiate competitive terms and promotional plans. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and store operations teams to ensure effective product availability and execution. You will monitor market activity, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimise ranges and pricing strategies to meet customer demand.
