Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Volunteer Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO of PEP Enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social impact, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is looking to develop experience in executive support and non-profit leadership.
As PA to the CEO, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational assistance, helping to manage the CEO’s schedule, communication, and strategic follow-ups. Your support will enable the CEO to focus on driving the mission of PEP Enterprise forward.
Key Deliverables
* Calendar Management: Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedule including meetings, travel, and key deadlines.
* Meeting Support: Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
* Communication Management: Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
* Documentation & Filing: Maintain an organised digital filing system for important documents, reports, and communications.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and external stakeholders including partners, funders, and board members.
* Project Assistance: Support the CEO with project tracking, research, and reporting as needed.
* Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Skills & Experience Required
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to tone and detail.
* Organisational Ability: Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
* Professionalism & Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and ethically.
* Time Management: Strong ability to manage your own time and support the CEO’s time effectively.
* Proactive Attitude: Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and solves problems independently.
* Experience: Previous experience in administration, executive support, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
