Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger Edenbridge - Hybrid £28,000 - £35,000 + benefits | Full-time, 8:30–5:00 Key responsibilities: * Process supplier invoices in Sage & SIMPRO * Reconcile statements, run monthly creditor reports, prepare supplier payments * Manage sales invoices, customer statements, and chase payments * Set up new customers and complete credit checks * Support vehicle admin (MOTs, road tax, fuel cards) * Provide cover for payroll, remittances, and CFO support during leave You’ll need: * Experience in an Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger role * Strong knowledge of Sage * Exposure to SIMPRO advantageous * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Confident communicator with the ability to work as part of a team * Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines Benefits: * £28,000–£35,000 * 29 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) - raising over a period up to 25 * Nest Pension * Healthcare plan * Free on-site parking...
