Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £29.51 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and clinically knowledgeable Territory Business Manager to support and expand our Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) offering across Acute and Community Care settings. This is a sales‑focused role with responsibility for promoting innovative healthcare solutions to NHS and Independent healthcare providers.
In this role, you will collaborate with clinical and commercial stakeholders, drive product adoption, and contribute to improved patient outcomes through advanced wound therapy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Territory Business Manager, you will make an impact by:
Executing the Solventum Medical Surgical Solutions NPWT value proposition across Acute and Community environments.
Developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians, procurement teams, department leaders, and technical staff.
Leading pre‑tender market consultations, supporting tender implementation, and introducing new products.
Supporting value‑based pricing strategies to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
Creating value through a total concept approach, including hardware, consumables, and service.
Developing and executing territory business plans to prioritise accounts, increase product usage, and drive sales penetration.
Managing key accounts using structured customer relationship management processes.
Representing NPWT products confidently to consultants and clinical stakeholders.
Requirements
Essential:
Life Science, Business, Clinical or Nursing degree or relevant comparable experience.
Clinical and/or sales experience with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) solutions and products.
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and sales skills.
Full, valid UK driving licence.
Experience selling into NHS environments, including consultants or clinical teams.
Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to pass a DBS check for hospital visits
Preferred:
Experience in wound care in addition to NPWT.
Prior experience in medical device sales or clinical training.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value‑based healthcare.
