Role: Resourcing Business Partner
Location: Wembley (10 mins walk to Wembley Park Tube Station)
Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days on client site, 2 days working from home
Salary: £34k-£39k basic salary + £3,000 car allowance
Join Reed Talent Solutions as a Resourcing Business Partner and play a pivotal role in managing the delivery of operational requirements for specific Managed Service accounts within our client portfolio.
This role is crucial for ensuring that resourcing outputs meet client expectations and that Reed achieves its commercial goals.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Own the delivery of Managed Services for key clients, directly or through coordination with Reed or third-tier supplier teams.
2. Partner with key stakeholders within the client business, taking accountability for high-volume recruitment campaigns.
3. Oversee the delivery of recruitment services according to best practice guidelines and market-leading principles, including manpower planning, attraction strategy design and delivery, and more.
4. Ensure seamless integration of activities managed onsite at the client premises with outputs from dedicated client teams based offsite.
