A well‑established legal services provider is expanding its Probate team and seeking an Associate Probate Solicitor to join during a period of significant growth. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of probate matters from initial instruction through to completion, supported by a case management system, AI‑assisted processes, and administrative colleagues. You will not need to bring a client following as work is sourced for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed caseload of probate matters of varying complexity
* Progressing files efficiently using digital tools and AI‑enabled systems
* Maintaining accurate and compliant file records
* Providing clear and supportive communication to clients by phone and email
* Working collaboratively with senior colleagues and support teams
* Sharing knowledge with junior team members where appropriate
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX/STEP), or equivalent probate experience
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a fast‑paced workload
* A client‑focused approach with the ability to build rapport remotely
* Confident using technology and modern case‑management systems
