This role would suit an experienced Operative or Production Supervisor or similar with a manufacturing background, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.
THE ROLE:
Production Supervision of PVC windows and doors
Overseeing the section within the PVC production
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvementTHE PERSON:
Experience in manufacturing production
