As Assistant Boutique Manager, your role will be to elevate these events and draw success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, and ensuring all your team are aligned with the Boutique and Brand vision. The Assistant Manager will support the Boutique Manager in all aspects of running the business and will efficiently take control of the business in the Boutique Manager's absence.
Responsibilities and Tasks

6. Create, organise, and execute in-store events
7. Manage stock and inventory effectively
8. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and work environment
9. Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly
10. Monitor competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach
The ideal candidate will be warm, kind, and friendly, with a 'can-do' attitude. They will have a passion for service and storytelling, and be adaptable and versatile. The candidate should be gracious, intelligent, well-groomed, and present a clean and crisp image.
Minimum Requirements
* Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience
* Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
* Experience in business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
* Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Experience in creating and executing in-store events
* Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment
* Proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview
