Adults Social Worker - Safeguarding Team
Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for an opportunity to truly transform lives? Sanctuary Personnel are seeking Social Workers with UK experience to join our Safeguarding Team.

Pay Rate: £28 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum
Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality social work intervention within the Adults Safeguarding team, adhering to relevant legislation and safeguarding standards.
* Assess and manage risk, develop care plans, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary colleagues to safeguard adults at risk.
* Engage with service users, carers and families to promote safety, independence and well-being.
* Maintain accurate case records, ensure compliance with safeguarding procedure and case management requirements.
* Participate in professional supervision, governance and continuing professional development activities.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent in social work
* Current Social Work England registration
* Significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK
