We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our UK team within a Global Business Services (GBS) HR model. This role is pivotal in delivering operational HR support at the local level, ensuring alignment with global HR initiatives while maintaining compliance with UK employment legislation.

Where You'll Make a Difference

* Reporting to the Country HRBP Lead, as a local HRBP act as a trusted advisor to local business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure seamless delivery of HR services (onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle processes).
* Support global HR programs locally, including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and compensation.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and manage employee relations cases effectively.
* Champion employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and cultural initiatives.
* Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and improve employee experience.

What Makes You the Right Fit

* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field; CIPD qualification.
* Proven experience in HRBP or operational HR roles, ideally within a GBS or shared services environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements.
* Experience working in a global or matrixed organization and unionized environment..
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across global and local teams.
