Job Description & Summary

About the role:

This sales-focused role supports PwC's collaboration with Microsoft within AI Business Solutions. The position helps define and deliver shared priorities to advance industry transformation, support AI adoption, and enable Co-Sell activity. It is dedicated to the Microsoft Alliance and works with Microsoft stakeholders across the UK, EMEA, and global teams to align plans, maintain engagement, and execute the joint strategy. The role aligns PwC capabilities with Microsoft's AI Business Solutions area, including developments in Copilot and the hyperscaler ecosystem, and helps internal teams understand Microsoft's roadmap and translate market opportunities into pipeline and revenue. Working with PwC line-of-service and sector stakeholders, the role shapes Microsoft-based propositions and develops campaigns to increase demand and pipeline




What your days will look like:


* Define and execute the PwC–Microsoft alliance strategy through annual planning, sales performance rhythm, pipeline health, and joint business planning at sector and account level.

* Enable PwC teams with Microsoft insights and assets (Copilot, Agentic AI, Dynamics 365, Power Platform) to strengthen client conversations and drive joint opportunity creation.

* Drive and evaluate joint go‑to‑market initiatives, events, and executive engagements to generate pipeline, improve co‑sell velocity, and increase client engagement.

* Build strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders while providing governance, reporting, and recommendations to improve alignment, investment decisions, and overall alliance effectiveness.

This role is for you if:

* Have experience working with or alongside Microsoft, including within the Microsoft partner ecosystem (e.g., Global System Integrators, Cloud Solution Providers, or Microsoft Partner/Industry/Sales organisations).

* Have Knowledge of Microsoft's AI Business Solutions portfolio, as well as Azure and Security.

* Knowledge of the AI market, competitive landscape, and hyperscaler ecosystem.

* Have Experience with Microsoft's Co-Sell engine, partner incentives, or industry playbooks.

* Ability to translate emerging Microsoft AI capabilities into commercial propositions for clients.

* Influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders internally and within Microsoft.
