Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Swinton. You'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.
We are recruiting part‑time and full‑time care assistants to support our clients at home in Broughton, Salford, Wardley, Pendlebury, Swinton, Little Hulton, Worsely, Boothstown and surrounding areas. Whether you have previous professional experience, have cared for a loved one or simply enjoy supporting others, your compassion, patience and understanding are exactly what we need.
Technology
Cera uses predictive technology and risk alerts to streamline administrative tasks, improve outcomes and allow our care teams to focus on the most important part of their role – caring for clients.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing
* Manage medications
* Cook or prepare hot meals
* Help with domestic tasks
* Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to clients
Qualifications & Requirements
We do not require previous experience, but you should be kind, compassionate and patient. You must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. A DBS check will be required, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
Shift patterns are flexible and may include mornings, days, evenings and nights. Usually, you will have every other weekend off for work‑life balance.
