We are looking for an Administration Support to join our Diagnostics Service.
Our Diagnostics Service provides healthcare screening such as Echocardiogram, Non-Obstetric Ultrasound, ECG, and other community services across the UK. We provide high-quality direct access to all our patients.
In this role you will support the Deputy and Head of Diagnostics with administration tasks to ensure service assurance and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date agendas for meetings.
* Collate and review patient satisfaction results.
* Assist with consumable ordering.
* Ensure all audits are current as per ISO-9001 audit calendar.
* Communicate lessons learned to the wider team.
* Help develop and improve administrative systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and security of information.
* Provide courteous telephone answering and general office duties (e.g., photocopying).
* Respond promptly to information requests in line with policies and data quality procedures.
* Carry out additional duties instructed by the Deputy Head of Diagnostics.
* Support service improvement and data collection initiatives to enhance patient care.

Person Specification
Experience
* Previous office administration experience.
* Experience with computer programmes and IT systems.
* Experience taking calls and handling enquiries.
* Ability to work under pressure with resilience.
* Demonstrated partnership/team-working skills.
* Knowledge of information governance.
* Experience within a healthcare environment.
* Experience with clinical systems and governance.
* Understanding of ISO-9001.
Qualifications
* Good literacy level required.
* IT literate.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* GCSE/O level English and Maths.
