Package for a Customer Service and Claims Representative: Salary: £25,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time Contract Type: Permanent Location: Tewkesbury Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service and Claims Representative: Communicating with customers via various channels and providing high levels of customer service, and resolving customer queries Handling claims at the initial notification stage, liaising with key stakeholders where necessary Ensuring key customer service and claims metrics are achieved Supporting the customer service team leader with operational improvements Maintaining accurate and timely records, files, and databases to ensure data integrity and compliance with our Data Protection requirements Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service and Claims Representative: You should have experience in customer service and/or claims handling Being organised and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, is required Having excellent communication skills with proven attention to detail is essential Ideally, you will be familiar with utilising CRM systems (Salesforce, Instanda, Xero experience would be advantageous) If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills required, please apply now!
