Ready to take your skills on the road? As a domiciliary optometrist at Specsavers, you’ll bring eye care and support directly to patients’ homes across central and south Wales.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe spectacles or contact lenses.
* Deliver basic tasks support such as medication reminders, assist with daily living tasks, and help patients maintain independence.
* Travel to patients’ homes across the assigned territory, ensuring excellent customer service and clinical care.
* Maintain accurate records, keep GOC registration up to date, and comply with Specsavers clinical standards.
Qualifications
* Registered member of the General Optical Council (GOC) with up to date registration.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and confidence in a self‑directed and team environment.
* Passionate about delivering best eye care and supporting patients to live independently.
