Be among the first 25 applicants. The missing piece in this pensions operation? You. If you’ve worked in third-party pensions administration, you know quality is about anticipating mistakes, spotting patterns, asking the right questions, and defining what “good” looks like. This team needs that mindset.
You’ll lead quality across the pensions admin business. You’ll own the internal assurance framework, set service standards, and act as a key line of defence for risk and error management. You’ll bring deep pensions knowledge (DB, and ideally DC) with a strong grip on risk, compliance, and the processes that underpin excellent service.
Responsibilities
 * Design and deliver targeted quality reviews across the administration teams
 * Track and analyse trends in errors, complaints, and near misses to uncover root causes
 * Build feedback loops with operational leaders to ensure findings translate into change
 * Work closely with client teams to demonstrate quality controls during audits or governance reviews
 * Contribute to internal training and guidance to prevent recurring mistakes
 * Create clear reporting that provides leadership with a real view of performance
 * Serve as the go-to person for quality assurance thinking across the pensions operation
Note: You’re here to improve processes and outcomes, not just to audit.
Qualifications
 * DB pensions administration experience (DC is a bonus)
 * Quality assurance or quality control experience in a TPA or in-house pensions environment
 * Experience leading reviews and reporting findings to senior stakeholders
 * Ability to define what “great” looks like and help others achieve it
Fully flexible on location. UK-based role with hybrid working.
