Responsibilities: Lead user research activities across Discovery and Alpha. Work collaboratively with Triad consultants, client teams, and partner suppliers. Deliver research that informs service design and technology decisions. Engage with a broad range of users and stakeholders to understand needs and pain points. Translate findings into clear, impactful outputs for multidisciplinary teams. Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and evidence-based design.
