HR Advisor
to support our services across the North East. Our Head Office is based on Boldon Business Park, but
travel across multiple sites throughout the North East will required.
We operate a diverse portfolio of care companies delivering high-quality services in domiciliary care, complex care and residential care. As part of our central HR team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our managers and employees across the group and multiple sites, helping us to build a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
What you'll do:
* Provide professional advice and guidance on employee relations, including absence management, grievances, disciplinaries, capability, and performance.
* Support managers with investigations, hearings, and report writing.
* Monitor HR data and produce reports on key metrics such as absence and staff turnover.
* Contribute to recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring Laburnum Care Group is positioned as an employer of choice.
* Lead and support on change management initiatives, including restructures and TUPE transfers.
* Deliver training, coaching, and HR projects focused on wellbeing and engagement.
* Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and toolkits that promote best practice.
What we're looking for:
* Associate Diploma in People Management or equivalent relevant qualification (CIPD Associate/level 5) and recent HR/People experience.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Flexibility to travel across our North East services when required.
