Confidential Opportunity – Sales Manager (Hospitality Group | London)
We are a growing hospitality group with a portfolio of premium venues in London, currently seeking a commercially driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive revenue across our venues. This role will take ownership of sales across venue bookings, private events, and catering, playing a key part in the continued growth and success of the group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and drive all sales activity across the group’s venues
* Proactively generate new business across corporate events, private dining, and social functions
* Manage and convert inbound enquiries for events, private catering, and group bookings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key partners
* Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
* Work closely with marketing and operations teams to maximise exposure and drive bookings
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams
* Track performance against sales targets and KPIs
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the London hospitality and events landscape, adjusting strategy accordingly
* Create tailored proposals and commercial packages, negotiating terms to maximize revenue while maintaining brand positioning
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role within hospitality (restaurants, groups, events, or catering)
* Strong understanding of the London market; existing network is a plus
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Experience across both corporate and social event sales
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
