Job Title: Head Chef -South Indian Cuisine

Duties:
* Able to cook all South Indian Cuisine
* South Indian breakfast, Biryani's, Starters, Tandoor Experience, Alrounder
-Create and prepare delicious and visually appealing dishes
-Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities
-Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
-Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
-Develop menus and collaborate with management on menu planning
-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
-Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
Skill/Experience:
-Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
-Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
-Experience in food production, including preparation, cooking, and presentation
-Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
-Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required
