We're Hiring: Business Support Administrator

Location: Head Office, Leeds, LS15 4TA
Reporting to: Office Manager
Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for precision? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail make a real impact? If so, we want YOU to join our team at ETS!

What You'll Do:
As our Business Support Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations—ensuring client referrals are processed seamlessly, reports are polished to perfection, and communications flow effortlessly across our network. You’ll collaborate with Solicitors, Insurance Companies, Occupational Therapists, and internal teams to deliver outstanding service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process client referrals with accuracy and care
* Edit and finalise clinical reports to ETS standards
* Liaise with third parties to coordinate treatment and equipment
* Maintain meticulous records and monitor service timelines
* Provide central inbox support and update key systems
* Assist with finance tasks including invoicing and SLA tracking
* Support network administration and onboarding of new team members
* Deliver exceptional customer service—on the phone and behind the scenes

What You Bring:
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
* Laser-sharp attention to detail
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Confidence with Microsoft Office and data systems
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Empathy, professionalism, and sound judgement
* Commitment to confidentiality and compliance

Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 3 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent
* Proven experience in a busy administrative or customer service role
* Familiarity with process management and compliance systems
