You will provide practical, timely and legally compliant HR advice, supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations matters, helping to resolve issues early ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures. You will also contribute to HR projects, policy development and service improvement, helping to build management capability across the organisation. About you You will: Hold CIPD Level 3 or above, or demonstrate equivalent vocational experience Have proven experience across a broad range of employee relations matters Be confident working in a public sector or similarly complex environment Be collaborative, professional and committed to delivering high‑quality HR advice Further details are available in the supporting documentation.
