Duties and responsibilities related to the Team Leader role ? · Assigns responsibilities to room attendants and porters via Hot SoS. · Deploy staff to specific areas. · Assist with housekeeping morning briefing. · Coordinate and liaise with other related Departments. · Make daily inspections of all assigned areas in absence of Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeeper · Conduct flash inspections whilst performing your normal daily duties inspecting guest bedrooms. · Check and control the stock issued to team to ensure they have the tools required to complete their tasks to Hyatt standards. · To ensure daily housekeeping operation runs smoothly. · To follow-up on job order issued to Engineering Dept through Hot SoS. · To handle guest complaints.
