Support Worker Crawley - £12.45ph - Driver Needed
Typical Shifts are: 8am-8pm, 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm. Weekdays and weekends shift can vary depending on rotas.

Responsibilities
* Help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a group of people
* Enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills
* Assist with personal care and encourage access to local communities
* Support socialising and activities, including outings to local bars and pubs, or relaxing activities like playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema
* Promote goal attainment such as preparing meals independently or planning holidays
What you will bring
* Genuine care, resilience, flexibility, and a composed approach
* Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
