Connect Appointments is recruiting a Hygiene Supervisor to join an established food production cleaning business based in Livingston on a permanent part-time basis.
Our client has been operating for over 40 years, providing specialist cleaning and hygiene services to the food, drink and pharmaceutical sectors across the UK.

As a Hygiene Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and participating in end-of-run plant cleaning of food production lines
* Ensuring all work is completed to schedule and meets hygiene, quality and safety requirements
* Communicating with key client personnel and reporting any issues that may impact the clean
* Maintaining and updating documents, procedures and ensuring correct equipment and materials are available
* Ensuring the hygiene team are fully trained in health and safety, hygiene and environmental requirements
The ideal Hygiene Supervisor will have:
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience, ideally within a food production environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, approachable manner
* A flexible and adaptable approach to changing client requirements
* A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* High standards of work ethic and a keen eye for detail
