The estate is seeking an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to oversee all aspects of its events operations. This role will ensure that every conference, banquet, and special occasion is executed flawlessly, reflecting the estates commitment to luxury and excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of conference, banquet, and event operations.
* Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Develop innovative event concepts that enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
* Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of front:of:house and banqueting staff.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for events and banqueting operations.
* Uphold the estates reputation for flawless service and attention to detail.
Requirements
* Proven experience in conference, banqueting, or events management, ideally within luxury hotels, estates, or high-end venues.
* Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
