Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Ledger Clerk at our Baglan location. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for managing purchase ledgers and processing purchase invoices. Additional tasks include professionally responding to supplier and internal queries, and ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts. The role requires attention to detail, independence and strong excel skills to support the company's financial operations.
Qualifications
* Experience with Purchase Ledgers and processing purchase invoices with 3-way matching
* Certification or qualification in Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) or similar financial training
* Strong Excel skills and proficiency in relevant accounting software
* Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills
* Ability to work efficiently and independently in a busy on-site office environment
* Experience of AP automation, system integration and upgrade projects is a plus
