Residential Conveyancer - Exeter
A well-established law firm in Exeter is looking for a residential property solicitor to join its expanding team.
The role will involve managing a busy residential property caseload from initial instruction to post completion and you can expect the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.
The ideal candidate will be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive, or be an experienced Conveyancing Executive and must be able to demonstrate previous conveyancing experience with the ability to handle a busy caseload whilst delivering a high-quality service.
Salary will depend on experience.
