We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join Listers. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will be required to travel to all Listers sites as needed, although the office is based in Solihull.
You will assist the Head of Aftersales Support and QHSE in managing health and safety compliance across the business. Your responsibilities include handling daily H&S inquiries, offering solutions, conducting site visits to promote a strong H&S culture, performing site inspections, investigating incidents, maintaining records, writing risk assessments, and delivering training sessions.
We offer an excellent basic salary up to £40,000 plus car and benefits, depending on experience. We also provide outstanding development opportunities with ongoing training to help you reach your full potential.
Role and Responsibilities
Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience:
* IOSH Health & Safety qualifications
* Dealership/Automotive experience (preferred but not essential)
* Internal audit and reporting skills
* Experience in writing risk assessments and policies

* Confident and effective communicator at all levels
* Organized with good time management skills
* Willing to travel to all Listers locations
* Full UK driving license
* Living within a commutable distance to our dealer network in Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, or Bristol
