As a support worker with us, you'll be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
About the Role
Our supported living service, Ancaster Mews in Greylees, is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same! You'll be enriching the lives of the people we support by teaching them new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and participating in activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, and gardening. This role is ideal for someone eager to make a real difference, helping individuals grow in confidence and independence to achieve their goals, whether that's cooking dinner alone or going on holiday.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a full UK driving license
* Be resilient, flexible, and composed
* Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience working with individuals with autism, complex care needs, and physical disabilities

* Typical shifts: 7.30am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-9.30pm.
