The role
As an Account Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day running of client projects — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You’ll be the key contact for your clients, supporting their goals and helping shape strong creative solutions. With a proactive mindset and commercial awareness, you’ll build trust across internal teams, manage workstreams smoothly, and help keep projects moving with energy and precision.
What you’ll be doing
* Building and developing good relationships with clients and wider stakeholders as the primary contact.
* Understanding client objectives and challenges while developing market insights to support the planning and creative process.
* Ensuring an appropriate level of senior strategic or creative input is provided for projects and meetings.
* Translating client briefs into great creative and successfully presenting the output for senior sign‑off.
* Managing timelines, budgets and campaign progress across multiple projects.
* Planning and organising schedules for work going through the agency and supporting other Account Managers during peaks and troughs.
* Handling ongoing book management against budgets and the delivery of client billing.
* Managing budgets and project timings using internal platforms like Synergist.

* Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
* Competence in preparing quotes and proposals.
* A collaborative, flexible mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
