LSH Auto is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz in Tamworth. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Mercedes-Benz customers, delivering exceptional service experiences and ensuring smooth maintenance and repair processes.
Working Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £30,387 plus attractive OTE bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist Mercedes-Benz customers in a courteous and efficient manner
* Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
* Provide clear and detailed service recommendations and cost estimates
* Coordinate with certified Mercedes-Benz technicians to schedule and track vehicle servicing
* Regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles
* Manage customer enquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly
Requirements
Requirements:
* Experience as a Service Advisor, preferably within a Mercedes-Benz or premium automotive environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* In-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service procedures is preferred
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with service management software
* Valid UK driver's licence
